Our room was tiny with a double and a single and a tiny space to pass between them, the bed was clean but unfortunately... More

What a lovely, friendly B&B this is, Steve and Karen could not be more helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and all with an en-suite. There were seven of us staying including our eight year old daughter, so the bar was really great to be able to relax in after a long journey, there were even toys for... More

I recently stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, both under 25, for 3 nights Monday to Thursday. On the first day they allowed us to park at the hotel at 9am and our room was ready for us to put our bags in right away, well before the actual check in time of 2pm which was great. The hotel... I spent a couple of nights from 18th to 20th June. Made to feel very welcome. We were given a room for 3 though there were only two of us. Plenty coat hangers which is something that is usually in short supply. Couldn't do enough for us, and the breakfasts were great and plentiful. Tea making faciliies with decent tea... More

Just had 2 ngts at the Marsden. Steve & Karen are very welcoming hosts. The rooms are small but very clean. The location is superb. Ideal for south pier & pleasure beach. The hotel also has a bar facility which is very comfortable. I would definatley stay at the Marsden again. Mike Moffatt (manchester)

Our second trip to the Marsden, the hotel is ideally located close to the Pleasure Beach and the tram line and is very good value for money. There is a free carpark to the rear and the breakfast is a good hangover cure!
