this hotel could not do enough for us, helpful and very friendly. its small enough to care and big enough to supply our needs. we spent a lovely weekend at this hotel in may 2011. and we where warmly greeted at reception by Cathrine who saw us to our room they where tidy, clean and well catered for. sheets and... We arrived at the Elbon having been told that all rooms were ensuite to discover that we had been allocated a room with a shared bathroom. These Guests arrived mid afternoon and then, after some of them had slept in the beds and used the showers decided they was not stopping, this was about 4 hours later. All laundry for the hotel is done by the local hospital and beds made that day. Management did not decline to go to the rooms they just said they... More
