We stayed here for one night in October 2013. Greeted quickly by Wally on arrival. Very friendly, given tour of hotel. Hotel has all amenities you would need, spotlessly clean throughout. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was great, waitress and Wally again both very friendly and attentive. Location of hotel is very good too. Car park was gated/locked... More

My boyfriend was taking me away for the weekend and booked this place. From the outside it looks clean and inviting compared to a lot of the others and not on the seafront so your undisturbed by all the nightlife..however only about a 2 minute walk from the beach! We met wally who was brilliant...very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were... More

After reading the other reviews, I'm assuming they went to another hotel. On arrival to the free car park at the rear, we thought it looked odd but clearly they've just had building works so did not think about it much. On entrance we were greeted by Wally who was very kind, polite and humble in manner. He explained the... More

very friendly owners which own two hotels opposite each other. Nothing was to much for them. Both hotels were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. They are both centrally located with a tram stop at the end of the road. over all a very pleasant stay will use again.

Me and my partner booked The Princess Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. When the sat nav confirmed that we'd reached our destination, we had to laugh, it was like something off a horror film. We pulled into the car park that was advertised as being very secure, which is definitely not true, anybody could just walk in and damage your... More

I don't know if this is what we are to expected in Blackpool, but this is not by any stretch of the imagination a 4* hotel. The owner was friendly, and the position was good, the food was fine for the price and served in a friendly manner. Plenty of car parking spaces (unusual for Blackpool). But that is where... More

Lovely owners unfortunately marketing an uncompleted product. Bland , plaster patches throughout. Rooms so small we had to move the bed to close the bathroom door. Decorated on a very small to non existant budget I feel the 4 stars were assessed by a blind man. If this is the accepted four star standard in blackpool I have lost my... More
