Just came back from this BnB, stay was ok in general but.... Hotel owners were quite rude, didnt make us feel welcome at all. We couldnt wait to get away from them. The car park.... As soon as we arrived at the hotel we was made to feel unwelcome. John is the most arrogant person we have ever met. The male owner of this hotel treats his customers with no respect whatsoever. He does not try to understand the situation and is overall very nasty. Be aware that there is NO PARKING on-site. We booked this hotel for a family trip to Blackpool with our children. The website said it was child friendly. We rang the hotelier to confirm our booking and he agreed to accept us all.
