Travelled from Edinburgh & warmly welcomed by helpful staff who facilitated early check in & parking for mini bus. Staff were excellent at accommodating room requirements. Rooms were clean & pleasant (although a little dated) coffee/tea making facilities in rooms. Pupils made use of the pool table & could relax in family lounge. 9-9.30 breakfast suited our group & our... More

Rooms are very dated and truthfully the worst place i have ever stayed in The windows are filthy ,toilet dirty and rooms very cold. We had to request a heater it was that bad. God help someone older who feels the cold.easily The breakfast is only on for 45 mins and is really hectic and crowded .My advice GO ELSEWHERE

This is quite possibly the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in! The rooms were dirty and very dated. Everywhere in the hotel was cold! The radiators were switched off at night and in the restaurant you could see your breath!!!!!!! For some crazy reason, breakfast is served from 9am-9.30am and then checkout is 10am. What happens if you come down... More

First the good: lovely sea view, very nice breakfast, pleasant staff. Now the not so good: Good enough if all you want is basic but nothing special here especially for the price, not cheap.. Shabby decor, small bedroom, bed shook everytime someone slammed a door, tiny tiny shower/toilet, could only just fit on the loo with legs under the sink!... More

Firstly, when you before booking the room you should have called the hotel, and informed us that you were unable to walk far, if you were to do this we would have reserved the front parking bay spaces so you could have full accessibility to your car. You and your friend did not step foot in any of the rooms... More

I booked this hotel for two nights 28th and 29th September 2012 to give my family a well deserved treat. From the moment of entering the hotel everything went downhill. Reception was shabby and unwelcoming. The rooms - overlooking the back yard- were disgusting. Towel rail hanging off wall, electric light above washbasin not working and hanging off the wall,...
