The only thing i will say is....if you want 5* then go pay for 5* Any problems that i have had (which is about 2 in all the years....i.e extra pillows....bulb out!)... More

Stayed there this weekend with work taking a service user on holiday..... Which everytime he tried to speak to staff they ignored the poor man very ignorant ... Especially the two girls in the dinning room serving breakfast... Breakfast shocking especially to pay extra for... toast was stone cold.. Proving difficult for my service user to eat!!! Just returned from another trip with a group of deaf people. We stay at this hotel each time we visit Blackpool and each time we all have a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a nice start to the day. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating would certainly stay here again.

Paid £150 with breakfast for a family room for one night, should have been £50 at most, Very dated, not very clean, not very welcoming on arivel, room was very poor, there was a smell of sewage from bathroom, I would give it a 2 out of 10 for the breakfast

Well this place is a dump, I wouldn't go back for free, Both managers and staff most ignorant people I've ever come across ,not once did they speak to my family we didn't feel welcome. Dirty towels folded in our room on arrival, table cloths marked and dirty cutlery.I booked this through booking.com!!!! This should be down graded to a... More

Cleanliness poor decor poor.In dire need of upgrade. Dont use this . This hotel spoiled an otherwise great weekend. The site of the hotel is superb, and it could be so much more. Visitors do not really expect luxuries but decor and cleanliness is a must

We arrived at this hotel, having travelled a long way, paid our money and were shown to our room. We immediately left and got our refund. The lift was tiny, the room also. The floor dipped so the head of the bed was lower than the foot part. The cleanliness was somewhat lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.... More

Our biggest problem was the very small lift, not very good when we are mum and daughter both disabled. I can understand some of the comments about needing updating, and the loo near the dining room did smell bad. We were told there was a problem with the Wi-Fi, well yes, there wasn't any. But the staff, particularly the manageress... More

Room was old n tired, lovely seaview but that is all I can say about this hotel, can't believe I stayed, won't be going again. We were glad we did not have food as I wouldn't have even tried it due to our surroundings, just feltb uncomfortable.
