Be very careful, I never experienced such a bad service and never imagined that that a place like this could be open to the public. i recently stayed at the hotel with 2 other friends for 3 nights. we had a fab stay it was very comfortable, and all the staffs were very friendly and nice. the foo was good also. i'll definately recommend others to stay there. more
Have just returned from the HELL HOLE (Gainsborough Hotel) where i stayed for 2 nights for a weekends break to celebrate my friends birthday. The room was very dingie, wall paper falling off walls, mold in bathroom no entertainment, kettle disgusting. Extremely cold, hotel washing hung on radiators in corridor. Not a pleasing stay. Not a bit like the webb advertisement more
Management response from gainsborough hotel I do not under stand If the hotel is TERRIBLE HOTEL. why these people dont say something while there are here and put up with it why not say something there and than.

we stayed for two nights and our family booked two rooms, we were 3 adults and 1 teenager,although we arrived arrived earlyer than the 2oclock check in time the owner very kindly allowed us to go to our rooms as they were ready. the hotel is in a good position for the attractions and there are news agents near by.it... more
