I almost don't want to say this as everyone will use it, but this is the best holiday park we have stayed at and will certainly return!! Club house very clean, park very clean, staff excellent and friendly - on the downside, the entertainment was not the best and not having been to a Haven park for a little while... More

I have recently returned from a holiday to Marton Mere with my partner and my 3 year old son. We were given the holiday as a gift and after being a bit dubious about it being a smaller park I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. We travelled by train to Blackpool and arrived 3 hours before our check... More

Hi went for a weekend with my toddler and husband. Stayed as part of a Sun £9.50 break but upgraded to a Deluxe Plus caravan. The itself was caravan was very clean and spacious with heaters and lots of spare bedding. The entertainment staff were all brilliant. Didn't eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that. The only negative... More

Spent a week here to see the Blackpool illuminations during half term. Ideally it could be situated a touch closer to Blackpool but overall not a bad site. We stayed on the camping field and some of the pitches could do with an overall due to mud it wasn't too bad. The wardens didn't close the toilets for cleaning like... More

Just got back yesterday after arriving Friday 5 sept for 3 nights. We had to leave Sunday through our choice. We were in Kensington 7 as soon as you opened the door to the caravan, there was a stale pong. Which never went away. The mattress in the main bedroom you could feel every spring. No nets there were dimps... More

Our caravan was basic although it cost extra as it was supposed to be superior. The vans are close together. We thought the swimming centre could be much better, the big slide wasn't working. The pubs are expensive but the customer service is good.

We stayed for a week in a Prestige caravan, earlier this year, and the facilities in the caravan were good (DVD player, central heating etc). The DVD player wasn't working and the kettle wouldn't boil so I rang reception and they sent one within 10 mins - set it up and checked it all before leaving, both DVD player and... More
