Stayed here with my two friends for one night. We had booked a triple room for £55 for all 3 of us, we arrived early and were told they would provide us with the quad room as that was ready so we could check in. The owner was a lovely woman, very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and very... More

We waited at the door after pressing the door bell for about 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. When we got to the room, the toilet door was not lockable, the toilet was on top of the sink, my... More

Nice clean hotel, nice food and lovely staff, especially Frankie and Yuki who were so pleasant, thank you both. I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and value for money, although it was further from the centre of Blackpool it was quieter.

Stayed here for 2 nights with Caladonian Travel. Really, really enjoyed it, great location just at top of South Pier which was good for the Pleasure Beach. All meals were fab, and plenty of it, service extremely efficient. Special thanks to Frankie who kept the bar open an extra 2 hours each night for Kareoke. The £1 bar was especially... More

I recently stayed for an overnight with Caledonian Tours. I am surprised that a travel company finds this an acceptable hotel to take guests to. Brilliant location. Excellent value for money. Already booked to come back in August :) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Heater provided to ensure we were not cold. Lots of room in hotel to get ready. Easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!
