Welcome and goodbyes were non existent.. room was clean but very small for a family room.. lovely view .. Breakfast was a joke, in fact its discusting that they have the audacity to put it out to their paying guests!! Guests were walking in and looking at it in disbelief.. Such a shame that the owners with this fabulously located... More

Arrived at guest house to check in and was very happy with the location. Was checked in swiftly and given keys and that the was the last we saw of anyone! Saw ourselves up to our room with our luggage which was clean albeit very small for a family room. Continental breakfast only is served between 9-9:30am and is absolutely... More

We stayed here for one night. Its location is excellent, with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a very short walk to the centre of things on the promenade. We got a very nice welcome, and were allowed to check in early. the owner was incredibly helpful when it came to parking too. The only thing I had... More

Cannot say anything bad about this guesthouse. From the first minute i found the owner very helpful in any questions asked and was only a ring on the bell away from this. The room i had was a front facing one on the first floor which the sea could be seen from. The bed was very comfy and plenty of... More

Just came home from a two night stay at this lovely little guest house. Owner was friendly and approachable. Accommodation was very clean and looked after so would definitely recommend a stay here. Location was perfect for us too.

Me and my partner stayed here for new years eve. Great location close to the clubs to walk however not a noisy location. Room was clean, lovely and for a small double and the price we paid was lovely. Will definitely be returning. Lovely owners very friendly. Great stay

We decided to have a couple of days in Blackpool to see the lights. I booked Phoenix Guest House as we wanted to keep our expenses down. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the idea of a self-serve breakfast and there was a good selection. When we had some enquiries the hosts were very helpful and friendly.... More

We returned home today after spending 3 nights at the Phoenix on our way back from Devon. Our room was very small but fine and very clean. We only paid £35 per night for the room and that represents great value. We planned to be out all the time and wanted a cosy but clean place to sleep and that's... More
