This little hotel had everything we were looking for! Lovely friendly greeting on arrival, cute, clean little room. Loved the sound of gulls...real seaside feel. Nice little bar to have a drink and breakfast was really great with such friendly service. Free parking. I would be very happy to stay again if ever lucky enough to get back to Blackpool. More

Cannot [--] sleep, entertainment music is still on at 1am! Karaoke directly under my room (16). So loud the floor is literally shaking. Furniture is cheap and damaged, radiator is poorly maintenanced, mattresses are horrible and very uncomfortable, springs in mattress damaged.
