We have just returned from a two night break at the Ravensworth. It is beautifully clean, the staff are brilliant, and the breakfast is first class, the owners work hard to make the all their guests feel welcome. First class establishment with the owners keen to please their guests. Room clean and comfortable (even if the 10.5 tog quilt was a little heavy for September). Super freshly cooked breakfasts. Well located and would advise going to Ambleside to take the Lake cruise as the parking is better. Will be back at some time to this well run establishment. More
