Great location between Windermere and Bowness. Great standard of room. Excellent breakfasts with daily changes for variety. Obliging and welcoming hosts Mags and Boyd are a fountain of knowledge and support in maximizing your time in the Lakes. Very family friendly. Separate lounge area too. Recommend highly for couples or families.

Spent 3 Nights there in February 2012 and the place is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are Excellent with a good choice of fruit,cereals and of course the magnificent english breakfast.Mags and Boyd were very friendly and helpful and noyhing was to much trouble for them.
