We stayed here for two days at the beginning of April and when we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome, but was told that our room wasn't ready and had to wait about 30 mins until we could check in. For the inconvience we were given a drink. Our room was basic and clean, the bed was very... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights we had a large double room very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location just a couple of mins walk to the centre, 15mins to bowness and within an arms reach of some great eateries. The hotel did have a restaurant which is apparently very good too. We... More

Ate here Easter weekend and overall fantastic but disappointed with few parts. Arrived in the main restaurant and greeted by friendly male staff. Was asked to follow to be seated to find out we were in a back room with a small heater and tables arranged like some sparse back room. Felt very uncomfortable indeed. We were looked after initially... More

My fiance & I stayed here overnight on a rare childfree weekend break. After a bit of stress squashing my car into the tiny carpark we were really impressed with our huge bright & airy room. We stayed in room 6 & it was totaly gorgeous. Lovely decor & absolutely spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable... More

We booked a night here for our anniversary. I arrived on my own (partner at work) and was made very welcome. The room was a good size and very bright. We had a lovely evening out then came back to the room. It was warm and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and i was pleased to find extra pillows... More

The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The food is the best i have ever tasted and is well worth staying just for this. will definatly recommend this... More

Hotel has good size rooms which were cleaned daily .With very friendly staff from the greeting you get from when you arrive to the staff in the resturant. Excellent food from breakfast to evening meal. A real enjoyable stay will go back.

Booked last minute. Easy to find and park (on their own car park). Welcomed straight away, and taken to our room. Spotlessly clean ,well appointed with a huge comfy bed! The quality breakfast was served by friendly staff in very pleasant surroundings. I'll definitely be visiting again, and would highly recommend.
