We stayed in this hotel for one night as we were going to the Lowther show. We had a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was comfortable and clean, overlooking the well kept hotel garden. with a view of the mountains in the distance. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Wife and myself stayed at Clifton Hill hotel for four nights.Very pleased.Staff and manager were really friendly.Food was extremely good and hot.Breakfast full english,evening meal excellent. Thanks to Andy and the rest of the staff for a lovely mini-vacation.

I stayed with my girlfriend on my way up to Edinburgh. The hotel is perfect for such an enjoyable trip or for visiting the Lakes.
