I have stayed 3 times and never fail to enjoy my stay. The rooms are very well furnished, the bathrooms very modern and the beds are heavenly! The breakfast, whether continental-fresh fruits, yoghurts and good selection of cereals etc-or cooked are all you could wish for!

Visiting Penrith because of a family bereavement, we spent just one night at this excellent B & B. We were delighted by the quality of the room, the cleanliness, the helpfulness of our hosts and the hearty breakfast. The quiet location was also ideal for our evening family get together in central Penrith. The stay was great value for money.

Essentially a B&B but which does dining for non-residents at weekends. The menu is not extensive (plus point) and other dishes are available if advance notice is given. You take your own drink but all the glassware is provided and it's served as 'normal'. Great dining.
