Hadn't been since 2005 and this time we stayed in the Executive Lodge. Noticed a few things missing off of the kitchen list and the fire wasn't cleaned out when we arrived. A note was left by the cleaner to say that it had been too hot to clean. Fair enough, but we had maid service every day, never used... More

Whinfell Forest is still under par compared to the other center parcs locations. The facilities are tired, and apartments in need of a deep clean to get rid of built up grime. The lake is small, the pool is small (compared to the others) and is without outside rapids and other area's (No warm wall area's) and no hot water... More

We did not enjoy our experience at all. Too commercialised. Too crammed in. Not enough quality activities for young children. Too much day time drinking taking place by other guests to feel that it was a comfortable place to take our son. There was an obvious presence of hen and stag parties. Awful! More

AMAZING HOLIDAY!!! We stayed in 79 Heather glade which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard as a new style executive lodge. Great time again at center parcs - boys loved it & especially the swimming & outing with owls ! Just make sure you take extra blankets in winter as very cold once the lodge cools down & no extra blankets provided in the lodge. Good time had though & a nice break. More
