Stayed for 2 nights in room 5 on the top floor. This was a family room with a huge king size double bed and a single bed. The room was nice and quiet and had views over the front. We have stayed here on a number of occasions, last time was October 2011, we usually take our dog with us, every visit has always been lovely, Alison and Wayne are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always freshly cooked and as much toast as you want. We will be staying again sometime in the near future without hesitation.

Cragside is one of the best guest houses that we have been to. The breakfast was excellent, the whole place was exceptionally clean the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and refreshments in the room replenished daily. This was our third visit to Cragside and it continues to be as impressive as ever. We like the location (central, yet quiet), the views, which are stunning and of course the great breakfats and the well presented, clean and warm rooms. Wayne and Alison are the perfect hosts and we will return again soon.

Everything was top class. Room we had was for three people, a very large double bed and a single, though there was only two of us staying. Spotlessly clean, great location, 5 mins to town centre, with ample road parking outside. Good location, no problem with street parking. Easy walk to town centre. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast fantastic. Good hosts.
