Excellent B&B. Very clean, excellent choice at breakfast and lovely single room. Fairly close to town and Andy and Jo were very welcoming and helpful. I will be returning next time I go to Keswick.

Tarn Hows is a really convenient location for walking in the hills and the town itself. The hosts are most welcoming, friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are superb. We had a party of nine and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stayed in the superior room - beautiful decor, comfy bed and good shower in the en-suite. Quality breakfast too. Pleasant and non-intrusive owners. Andy was very helpful with tips on what to do and where to walk. Convenient for Keswick town centre just 5 minutes walk away. Highly Recommended!
