Super little bnb - excellent location for both the town and the annual Keswick Convention. Great hosts, lovely breakfasts (not a bit greasy) and very nice bathroom toiletries too! Highly recommended.

Stayed for two nights during a fell-walking break, Everything was excellent - we were made very welcome, the room was well-furnished, reasonably spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. The location was excellent - five minutes walk from the town centre.

Stayed here recently to overnight-break a drive from the north-west Highlands to Bristol, having found the place on LateRooms (you've got to start a search somewhere!) we stayed at this bed and breakfast on a last minute impulse, booking only the day before we travelled. The owners were very welcoming, the room lovely, the breakfast included in the price was superb. We wil definitely stay again - being only a few minutes walk from the town centre was a bonus.

Cherry Tress is located on a street with about 50 other B and Bs. This is the one to choose. Margaret is the sweetest, most welcoming host on the block. She is what makes this place worth the stay. Her food is delicious, the rooms are spacious and very, very clean. And most of all, she is cheerful and friendly.... More

This is the second time I have stayed at Cherry Trees. My mum & I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! Margaret and Jim are so friendly, the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, cozy and stylish and their breakfasts are Fab! Would definitely stay at Cherry Trees again!
