Stayed here with the family for 2 days. The rooms were nice and it was very homely and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Short walk to the centre of Keswick and to Derwent water.

Very friendly owners, who were very helpful. Great location for a nice stroll into town, which we did on a couple of nights. Breakfast was pretty good, and the B&B was very clean and comfortable. Parking was a little problem, but managed to get a space both nights. Thank you.
