Have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Highside , the breakfasts are fantastic and Deborah will make Packed Lunches if you need them. We heard about this location from friends and we were not disappointed. Deborah Mawson made us feel very welcome and the accommodation was comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was a highlight! The location is superb with fantastic views over Bassenthwaite Lake and plenty of walks within easy access. We will certainly be returning for a longer stay later in the year! more
