This is the best B&B we have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and very fresh. It is in a really great location, close to the town, park and lake. Diane the owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

The bed is the most comfortable we have ever had on holiday.A great guest house for a walking holiday, we will be visiting again. An excellent... More

This is the best B&B we've ever stayed in. The room was spotless and very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Keswick so it's ideally located. The breakfast was delicious; a traditional cooked breakfast with really good quality meat (unless you go for a veggie option!). We can't recommend... More

Absolutely lovely little BnB. Gorgeous breakfast. Very clean hotel. Short walk into the centre of keswick and a great stay for being able to set off and walk the hills in keswick. On street parking which in January was fine, but can see it being quite a busy street in the summer. The owner Diane is lovely. We had booked... More

We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. It is spotlessly clean, with great breakfasts and a very friendly hostess in Diane. The room we have is at the front a very spacious. It is reasonably priced and convenient for the town, really recommended!

After a spur of the moment decision to dive down to Keswick for a weekend away I found Hawcliffe House had a spare double room available so I quickly booked it up. Our room was absolutely lovely. The comfiest bed I've slept in in all my many visits to Keswick, I had a great night sleep. I lovely the huge... More

We had a four night stay at Hawcliffe House and really appreciated the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Diane was friendly and welcoming in a non intrusive way which was much appreciated. Our room (4) was comfortable, clean and spacious and we enjoyed the little extras such as toiletries and chocolate bars. The breakfasts included fresh strawberries and bananas as well as... More
