We held our wedding reception here,and all I can say is,the staff made our special day extra special! From the sit down meal to the night reception everything was dealt with in the most polite and professional manner. Our room was newly decorated and very comfortable,with a cooked breakfast in the morning being most welcome. More

I stayed here last September whilst walking the Cumbroa Way. Its handily located in the centre of town right on the route but that's as much as this hotel has to recommend it. some lovely original features, ruined by some truely hideous cobwebby peachy wallpaper and 80's borders. Overpriced hotel, manky fried breakfast. Comfortable bed but opening and closing the secondary glazing was really hard, some of it came away in my hand and cut my leg! :( More

This hotel couldn't be better placed, in the heart of Keswick. Lovely bar and lounge area, the breakfast room could do with an update though. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and average to good, but not top quality. Staff were all really helpful. Rooms were clean and the price reasonable. I would stay again. More
