Last minute decision to go to the Lakes for the weekend, had a choice of B & Bs and can safely say I picked the right one and will definitely be going back! Rooms spacious, tidy and well decorated. Breakfast fantastic. Hospitality better than any B & B we've stayed in. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I stayed with my grandson for a long weekend at Easter. The rooms were very well furnished and spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and presented. The ownwers were courtious and particularly helpful.

Delightful B&B just outside Keswick town centre! Owners very friendly and engaging and had no issues at all and looking forward to a return visit! Extremely comfortable rooms with modern en suite bathroom

We have just returned home from a walking holiday having spent two nights at The Beeches. Warm welcome, lovely linen, fluffy towels, delicious breakfast and a very comfortable bed. We can definitely recommend The Beeches for a 'touch of class' at the end of a hard days walking.
