Our refurbished room was very comfortable and modern. Didn't like having to pre-order breakfast and pre order the time you were planning to eat it. Street parking was in January and parked right outside.

We stayed at easedale house fri/sat night. Room spotlessly clean, hosts Danny and Bernie lovely. Would highly recommend. Ideally situated for pubs, restaurants and shops. Breakfast fab, it was too much for me coz on Sunday I had to have just scrambled egg! The choices were great tho. We will return.

We stayed for two nights during March and had a great time. Firstly, the location is perfect for the heart of Keswick and easily walkable to Derwent water. I have seen some complaints about parking which i find laughable. What a surprise to find lots of people in the Lake District! Would we be happier to see a multi-storey car... More

I stayed in one of the rooms for two nights while on a business trip in the area, and can firmly say it was a very pleasant experience. Danny and Bernie were very friendly, and breakfast was lovely. Parking is limited outside, but that is a minor inconvenience. Highly suggested Thank you

Stayed for one night on Saturday 15/3/14. We had a warm welcome from Danny who showed us to our room at the front of the building overlooking the road. Our room was Immaculately decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Danny and Bernie are very good hosts, we will definitely return.

Danny and Bernie, both from Sunderland, were excellent Hosts and their experience in the Trade showed throughout our visit. It was our 21st Anniversary and my Wife was well delighted with the room, from the 4 poster to the to the en-suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and looked new. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice with lots of... More

My partner booked the B&B as a surprise Valentine's weekend in the Lakes, it was just perfect in every way! We received a very warm welcome on arrival from Danny who showed us around the ground floor that comprised of a spacious and light dining room, self service breakfast area, and relaxing and cosy lounge area, before taking us up... Firstly can we thank Danny & Bernie for their warm welcome & hospitality during our stay. We both felt the B&B was very well located as is situated within close walking distance of Keswick & also has good access to some great local walks. The breakfast was always nice & cooked very well & the bed also comfortable. However we... More

We came here to celebrate our 4th anniversary. We booked a double room with a luxury upgrade, which includes handmade chocs, bubbly, fruit and flowers. We were warmly welcomed by Danny who was full of local knowledge and good advice especially on food and drink! We walked upstairs to find a stunning superior room which added to the luxury upgrade,... More
