Absolutely no complaints. We were looked after very well, had a very cosy room and enjoyed delicious breakfast accompanied by a myriad of birds, a fox and red squirrel. I would come back here again and again. Superb views, very convenient for getting into Keswick and easy to find. More

We loved the location, which is away from the town and village centres, at the end of an un-made road, half-way up a hill. Spooney farm was in a lovely spot, tucked well away but only a 15min walk into Keswick. Really lovely warm welcome from Ian who was full of info for us about round and about.
