Before visiting Kendal there were some awful reviews for this place. They mentioned a horrid matron-style owner. They have gone and the couple that own it now are considerate, pleasent and helpful. Nestled in Beautiful countryside, a solid typical Kendal house...all good omens. The rooms are well equiped and perfectly pleasant. The landlady is vintage 1960 in attitude. A very nice B&B in a peaceful area only around 5-10 mins walk from town. Only has 3 bedrooms, and owners have obviously taken a pride in their house.
