great little 2 star of hotel, loads of character and great gardens. only 10-15 mins leisurly walk to town centre yet in a country huose type setting. great friendly reception and staff , great food, would defo eat here again. more

Our room at the Garden House was really quite basic, with a very peculiarly designed bathroom. But the very warm reception, good dinner and friendly bar staff made it a pleasant stay for our party. Note, though, that the hotel is a little way from the town centre. more
