Stayed here in july for 2 night with my partner, room very small ,bathroom dirty around the edges, but adequate. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff, cant really complain because the price was reasonable, but having said that wished we had paid a bit more and stayed closer to windermere, as there was a 9 mile drive to get there. My biggest complaint was the fact there was an outside seating area near to the rooms and the first night i was kept awake with their shouting laughing and swearing til the early hours , the following night the same , had to close window to block out the rackett , but that made the small room even more stuffy, to be honest i didnt like this hotel one little bit. more
