Great place to stay on the Coast to Coast after very wet weather over Greenup Edge. Very friendly staff they even dried our soaking coats and boots. Very comfortable room with spa bath and great spa toiletries. We loved the Mediterranean self serve breakfast and we left ready to face the next stage.

A unique B&B located in a beautiful location with quirky characteristics including a feature bed made with reclaimed materials, a truly sumptuous & satisfying buffet style breakfast and the PureLakes organic toiletries. A very good base to explore this area of the lakes; would definitely recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a very big bed . A lovely big bathroom too. Although breakfast is a serve yourself affair, we found that not to be a problem as we chose what we wanted and took it back to our room.

I was initially surprised at the five star rating, since one is expected to lug luggage up the stairs to the room. Putting this aside the rest of the experience at this place is superlative. This place is generally fine - but then when you compare what you get vs the price you think hmmm... It's a b&b, no problem. Breakfast is a serve yourself affair, hmmmm. No cooked brekky... No smoked salmon... No real luxuries... Ok the food they have is good, but nowhere near as expansive as you should get at these rates.... More

A pleasure to stay here, rooms are all individually styled, stylish, spotless and very comfortable, we stayed in room 2 which has its own spa in the courtyard, in a word 'delightful'.
