We stayed for two nights with Martin & Angela, they are genuinley nice people who are always happy to help and advise. There is a small issue with road noise in the early evening, but that is outweighed by the care of the owners and the excellent cooked breakfast using quality ingredients. Banerigg Guest House is located a few metres away from the shores of Grasmere Lake, so naturally the location is superb.
