Great one night stay at Thorney How. Room good. My husband and I had 4 bunk bedroom to ourselves although realize if very busy would have to share.Great breakfast cooked for us in morning. Dogs well catered for with the roomy kennel in the grounds. always glad to be able to take dogs with us. really enjoyed our stay.

Stopped here with a large group of friends and numerous kids and we all agreed it was first class. The rooms are all clean and spacious , could do with the ability to turn down the heating but this was a very minor issue. A wonderful hostel, run by lovely people in a fantastic location. We usually stay in YHA however much prefered this hostel and will most definitely return. The double bunk room in the annexe was great, the facilties in the main house cosy and welcoming and the breakfast delicious.Perfect location for walking.Very clean and cosy.
