I stayed for 3 nights DB&B late April 2012, and was very satisfied with the hotel. The Appointments of the dining and sitting rooms was excellent, the food was plentiful and of high quality. Staff friendly and good service. The shower in my room (Herries) was a little underpowered, but overall this is a very minor point. Fast wifi useful.... More

A very very well run hotel with good rooms and exceptional value for money 4 course dinner which is a must. It's no surprise that the hotel was full when most of the other B&B's/hotels had vacancys. We will return for another walking holiday later in the year, thanks Rob. More
