...by far the best B&B I've ever stayed in - The Lakeside room has a superb view, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was equally good, the room was very clean, and the owner sees to everything well, even special requests. Well worth visiting again.

The setting of the house, the patio area outside our room (woodlands) the border collie puppy, the chickens (no rooster thank heavens!) the sheep were wonderful. Helen is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for two nights . Browside is a great B&B breakfast definatley no for the calorie counter but was walked off up Scafell later in the day.
