I completely agree with the previous reviewer RufusFrog. This place has really good food, and wonderful, friendly service. Agree with previous posters that the accommodation itself is a bit basic - it looks a bit tired and it is as if the owners have done what they could with the bedrooms to improve them but without spending too much money on a proper re-fit. Still the price for bed and breakfast (£70 for 2 in a double room)... more

This place is such a 'character' it's hard to review it impartially. We were a large group of friends, and were made to feel extremely welcome.
