Stayed here for two nights while on a walking holiday with friends. The lounge area with the wood burning stove was very relaxing. The owner Ken was very welcoming and helpful, especially with all our wet boots. Breakfast was very good and I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B when you visit Coniston.

Just had a superb 2 days stay at Blue Bird Lodge, Fantastic value for money, Well done to all the staff, woderful views, ideal for walkers as they have drying facilities, lovely rooms with comfortable bed. All in All one of the best value stays we have had.
