We stayed for two nights in a suite as we were attending a wedding in Maryport. THe accomodation was absolutely outstansding and the breakfast one of the best we have ever had. It is in a lovely position with extensive grounds with beautiful views across the fells. We would absolutely recommend this small hotel - it is superb.

Had a loverly stay at the Graysonside and it throughly deserves its 5 star rating. Stayed one night only while on business with the choice of accommodation based on Trip Advisor reports. This place is spotlessly clean with one of the best presented, and tasting, cooked breakfasts that I have ever been presented with. I will certainly be back when next in the area.

Where to start; Dog friendly, spotless, friendly,warm with well stocked inexpensive bar, super lounge, wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and feeding birds from the breakfast room, even the toilet paper was lemon scented and strong!
