Stayed at Norwood House in Aug 09. The B&B itself is in a great location to the lovely village of Ambleside,very central to all of the Lakes. Great restaurants and fab cinema! Keith, the owner of the B&B is a lovely man, very welcoming and helps sort out the parking situation, as parking is not permitted directly outside the house.... more

Stayed at Norwood House this week and were really pleased with the place. Very clean and well kept. We too had room 7 but had no problems with the sloping ceiling - as mentioned in a previous review. A bed and breakfast with that extra something else. Have stayed with Lindsay and Keith on numerous occasions, always look foward to going back.
