The owner was very unwilling at the booking stage to provide any felxibility with check in times. Very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. He came accross as very rude and I find it amazing that he considers himself capable of running a business with this attitude. We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and they were booked out completely, but you wouldn't have known every room was full and they were busy as the owners made sure you were oK and made you feel very welcome.
