Spent three very comfortable nights here on a trip to the lakes. The room was compact but very clean and well equipped. The staff are welcoming and friendly. It is what it is, basic clean accommodation. It's cheap and that's all you get. I come to the lakes to be out and about and just need somewhere to sleep. This place has no frills, just a clean place to sleep.

An excellent location, just a few minutes from the centre of town, the bus station and the start of several walks. Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and perfectly well equipped. Breakfasts are tasty and nicely presented in the front lounge. The owner is friendly and very helpful.

Good for the price, we stayed in the annexe which was ideal with a dog. Nice breakfast with a veggie option and a decent sized room. Excellent location and free parking is helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. We hoe to return soon.
