This is a great guest house !!!!The house and the owners are wonderfull. It is in a good location and has parking for each of the 3 rooms. The house is beautifull and so are the rooms with everything you could need and more . The breakfast was plentifull and very tasty. We had a great time.

We stayed two days. The Attention to detail was faultless. In fact it was so nice I felt I had to tidy up and not leave mess. The owner was a lovely lady and the breakfast was excellent. only fault as everywhere in the lake district a bit expensive

Stayed here this weekend. Lovely, clean, cosy and inviting. Fab host. Breakfast delicious. And great location. Only 5 mins walk into the village, 15-20 mins walk to the Lake. We'll be back again, for sure.
