This is a wonderfully warm and cosy Inn ina most beautiful part of the Lake District. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable and service is warm and friendly. Last minute treat to blow away those January blues. We had stayed twice before first in a standard room, then superior and now deluxe. The room was perfect with countryside views. This is one of my favourite hotels in the Uk. Myself and my wife treat ourselves here at least once a year. The hotel is cosy and friendly. The bar is relaxed with great home made brews. The best however is the Restaurant and we always have a great meal here! More
