Kerry runs a very comfortable B n B with clean rooms and good breakfasts. The location is really quiet and you are guaranteed a good night's kip here. Also, no problems with parking here, a boon in Ambleside.

Stayed 3 nights over the Royal wedding Bank Holiday. The owner Kerry is fun & friendly and knows the area well. She solved the car-parking situation which is always an issue in Ambleside. Breakfast was fantastic. This is good value B&B accommodation in a great location.
