Very clean, friendly staff, someone was always on hand. Eggs on the breakfast were perfect every time! we stayed for 4 nights, would definatly stay there again. shame the bar was part of a 'chain' but great nevertheless. House keeping was fab, couldnt have been cleaner and a big comfy bed. The noise from the bar didnt travel at all.... More

Great hotel right in the centre of town. The staff were really friendly and the live music really high quality and entertaining.The baththroom was sparkling clean and the beds really comfortable. The rooms are spacious and plenty of storage space for personal belongings. Cant wait to come back!

A group of 12 of us stayed and loved it. Clean and staff can not do enough to help. Definately coming back. Will recommend. Rooms clean and fresh. Pub modern clean and good facilities. Located in centre close to the lake.

A decent place to stay. Newly refurbished room with good amenities. Reasonable value. Just need to be aware that you have to enter through the bar area, which probably should be amended. Stayed just for one night but found the room (31) very comfortable with excellent shower. The towels were amazingly thick and soft, by the way. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to order and served in pleasant surroundings. had a great time, churchills was clean and tidy staff where very helpfull, we where in room 31 very nice and good veiw, good choise of pub food pub gets a bit busy, so the residents bar comes in handy, carparks a bit tight but works, will go back
