We recently had our second stay with Lyn and Mike and they gave us exactly the same warm welcome as before. We had a different room this time, but with the same high standards of comfort and cleanliness, excellent furnishings and a very comfortable bed. We slept better than we do at home! We have just come back from a three night stay at High Tarn Green. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome by Lyn and Mike. The property is set in beautiful countryside and the peacefulness is amazingly relaxing, combined with good food (breakfast and evening meals) and an excellent bed we had the best nights sleep... High Tarn Green Bed and Breakfast is about 6 miles (9 km) north of the village of Lindale. I recommend this Bed and Breakfast because it is clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, and good value for money (£25 per person per night in August 2011). We slept well in their beds.
