Well... we paid £49.50 for a twin room and I thought that was pretty cheap but reading hippo35's review, maybe we woz robbed... However, yes, it is in a great location if arriving late at the station, and the room and bathroom were a good size. But... the window only opened an inch and we nearly melted during a not... More

Stayed here, paid £31.50 for a double room, parked for free outside the hotel, big room, everything worked and was clean, helpful staff, no problems whatsoever!! If people want Hilton standards then they need to pay 5 times the price and book there!!

I should say from the start that you could not fault the staff they were friendly and helpful, the place is in a good location for the train station, shops and places to eat However the rooms are very dated and in need of decoration and a change of carpet which didn't fit property with a big ridge down the... Stayed here recently nice hotel close to train station and town centre. Rooms were a bit dated but had everything we needed and was clean and tidy friendly staff would stay again for the price which was £45.

Visited here as a large group if girls and absolutely loved it. The decor and things in the main entrance are a bit weird looking when you first enter but other than that its fab. The rooms we had were all huge with quite comfortable beds and the bar is 24 hours, we were in till 5am. They also have... More

The price was particularly convenient and the location perfect for people traveling by public transports like us (very close to the central railway station). The atmosphere was peculiar: and old aristocrat club (?) later trasformed into a popular hotel. Its conditions are not perfect, unpretentious - and we loved them. Big and quiet bedroom; very big bed (which is not... More

Not the best hotel we have stayed in but we did pick the busiest weekend to visit friends (freedom weekend) and managed to get somewhere last minute although we did pay double what would normally be expected in hull. Bed was good and the room was large but needed a refresh and the bathroom could have been cleaner as mould... More

Shabby hotel but quite cheap. Bed was good and large. The room needed a refurbishment urgently but was OK overall. There was a lot of noise due to bad isolation (there were 2 doors nailed shut that were going into the adjacent rooms so you could here everything). Bathroom was terrible. Only standard soap dispenser at the wash bin, in... More
