A nice hotel, about 8 miles from Hull itself, good location if you have a car and the parking was free. We only came into contact with one member of staff, but she was very nice, friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Booked here due to an early meeting just outside Hull. Reasonably priced and usually Premier Inns a safe bet. On this occasion I was disappointed. Plenty of parking which was handy and we received a friendly and helpful welcome. We had booked a twin room which comes with 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. We did pretty... More

We stayed over for a wedding and was really pleased with the cleanliness of the room ,beautiful comfortable bed and nice hot bath before turning in for the night. Friendly helpful staff, peaceful location and great view of the humber bridge .

Very, very friendly receptionist got me booked in without any issues. I had already done the pre-check in, so all that was required was a signature and keys. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom could have done with a doze of bleach, toilet stained and a little mould round the bath, but it did not distract from my stay. Handy... More

We generally like Premier Inn, for its ease, convenience and value for money when booked in advance. However, this is our second visit to the West Hull Hotel, against my wishes as the first visit was also a disaster! We were booked in by a pleasant trainee and her supervisor to be greeted in our room with soaking wet carpets... More

Myself, my husband and my 2 children stayed here for 2 nights and had a fabulous time. The reception staff were great with my little ones and the breakfast was great value for money. The beds were very comfy - would definitely recommend to a friend!

Paid exactly the same price for this place as I did the night before at a lovely country house hotel £97!!! As with all Premier Inns rooms are very basic but comfy. First thing I noticed walking into the room that the curtain rail was hanging off. No maintenance men on site at that time so I fixed it myself... More

I often use Premier Inns and in general I am impressed by their standards. This one however is a little frayed at the edges. The room has very few electrical sockets, the bathroom is aged, the TV is an older small size TV but at leat it is digital and the sound control is unlimited. The adjacent restaurant is tired... Best nights sleep in years and the best cooked breakfast ever. Recommended for any type of visit. Ideally situated with Brewers Fayre attached where we had the best breakfast ever. Really good value for money.
