We stayed here as we were visiting friends in hull. There isn't a car park and the nearest one is about 10 mins walk away and a Multi storey. Not a problem if the weather is dry. When we checked in, my husband left me with the luggage and went to park the car..... The gentleman on reception booked me... More

We stayed here overnight following a family party. Staff, especially Linda & Colleen, were very helpful & approachable, and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and immaculate, extra pillows (always a must, can't sleep on just one!) The hotel itself is just behind the multi-storey car park for Princess Quay, and is a short walk from town itself. There are plenty... More

For an overnight stay with a coach party, part of a Christmas Market shopping weekend. Hotel staff boarded the coach with their welcome and instruction. Rooms already allocated and keys distributed, we could go straight to our clean, comfortable rooms to freshen up before heading to the beautifully decorated dining tables full of Festive Cheer. Our Turkey dinner was delicious... More

This hotel is centrally located for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and the railway station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They managed to let us have access to our room early, sorted out about parking and printed off directions for us. All with a smile. The room was well equipped and included tea making facilities. WiFi was free and available... More

A flying overnight stay on Halloween night in Hull left me with a pleasant experience from check-in to check out – greeted with a smile and a wave goodbye. Reception staff very helpful with directions even the local police force recommended a couple of pubs to try. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel went to the Wetherspoons around the corner.... More

Very polite staff and nice room. We ate in the hotel once and there were no veggie options without cheese but the chef made me a really good vegetable curry! The breakfast is good too, all you can eat buffet! We would stay here again.

Only stayed here 1 night and I doubt we will go back. Firstly there is no on site parking you can park outside in a parking bay on the double yellow lines for 10-15 minutes to drop any luggage off but its a 5 minute walk to the multi storey car park. Over night park from 11pm till 10am cost... More

I am disspointed that on this occasion you were not completely satisfied with your stay at Ibsi Hull. We strive to get all areas of the operation right. I have shared your comments with the housekeeping team and we are currently painting all of our bedrooms. Being a city centre location we do not have a car park however there... More

Budget hotel which we got for under £30 a night. Bear in mind this is for a family of 3, and rather brilliantly included breakfast (Which I assumed would just be a simple continental one, but was a lot more than that) Bit difficult to park, but you can pull up to unload so not too bad. The hotel does... More
