Stayed here with my girlfriend for a night out and retail therapy. The room was well worth the £45 we paid for the night. Was in a perfect central location to everything. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and the buffet style breakfast was very nice and worth the money. Would stay here again... More

Always fairly cheap to stay here, it is very close to all of the big shopping precincts, they are all within a 5 minute walk. We had a ground floor room, rooms are basic but are always clean and have everything you need. Tea and coffee making facilities, a free view TV, a big bed, wardrobes, chair etc in the... More

The room is what you expect for the money, we paid £33 for 1 night (friday), and also paid an extra £10 for a late check out which is 5pm instead of 12 pm, personally I thought this was a little steep. Upon arriving in the room it was noticeably clean, but when your in it for an hour or... More

Room was small & in need of some paint. Bathroom was like a cabin bathroom on a ferry. Staff on reception wasnt all that friendly. Good points was close to the shops & the train station/Bus station. Pillows were a bit too firm but the bed was soft but could have been made better & there was a few marks... More

I'm a big fan of Ibis but this one left me a little disappointed. There was nothing majorly wrong, just little things like the carpet in my room had bits on it where it hadn't been hoovered properly, paint splatters on the bedside lamps from a hurried decoration, and a faint smell of drains in the bathroom. The staff were... More

I found this very average and basically everything you would expect from budget hotels. The shower and bahroom were good the beds mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There was free view telly but a brick wall for a view out the window. not a bad hotel situated close to centre but again an average budget hotel.

As this was a budget hotel, we were not expecting much but our twin room was a good size, comfortable, clean and the shower was lovely. The staff were very helpful and I though the buffet breakfast was extremely good value.

The hotel was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and excellent shower room. The only thing spoiling my visit was the distance from the Princes Quay Car Park (recommended by the hotel) to the hotel, if you have a heavy suitcase plus briefcase and handbag it can be awkward to walk between the two. The only problem with the... More
