Easy to find b and b, very welcoming host who offered tea and cake when we arrived. Room and bathroom smaller than we are used to but very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic especially the local sausages. Due to small room it was nice to have a residents lounge which we used both nights that we stayed.

Very homely, lovely bed and breakfast farm. Very welcoming with all special little touches, cake and coffee when we arrived - lovely people. Lovely rooms, fantastic breakfast. Easy accessible to Hull and coastal towns.

Having spent a few days in the area bird-watching at Spurn and Blacktoft sands, this B & B was ideally situated and very easy to find, avoiding the city centre. The food (particularly the sausages, the kippers, the fruit and yoghurt), the room, the facilities and all the little extras (in case we'd forgotten anything) were faultless and Jenny was... More

The actual B&B exceeded all my expectations. Clean, friendly, excellent room, excellent food, great panoramic sky scape. A double bed for a single person with plenty of space and a well fitted shower wet room. C/h, tv, clock radio, magazines, tea, coffee, chocolate, orange juice, biscuits, mmm! mmm! And then some with excellent choice of breakfast including tasty kippers.

My wife and I stayed here on a Saturday night whilst visiting Hull for our friend's 30th. We were initially concerned about the distance from Hull city centre but were pleased to find ourselves less than 20 minutes away. To be in the quiet countryside was appreciated when contrasted with the hustle and bustle of the city. The highlight though... More

Stayed for a wedding a few miles away. Rooms ready early as rang in advance. Comfortable bed, lovely decor. The hosts were amazing, and breakfast was spot on. I cannot fault this place at all and if I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stay here!

This was an utterly lovely BnB. Our hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. We arrived a little bit early, but because we'd let them know ahead of time that this would be the case, our room was ready. When we were shown to our room she said that when we were ready there would be tea and cakes for... More

A last minute booking for work and even though I arrived late the owners were friendly, showed me round my room and couldn't have been nicer. A great breakfast and fresh milk (no UHT rubbish) made all the difference. And it's a true country place with fields all around, relaxing and quiet but handy for Hull.

Had to work in Hull for a few days and had a very pleasant time with very warm hosts. Little bit out of town which is a + and - but would stay again. A good nights sleep and a great breakfast, I didn't have an ensuite but this wasn't a problem.

I booked here after finding that Hull Travelodge had ramped up their prices. I'm glad I did! Everything about this place was a joy. Friendly service, immaculately clean room generously stocked with snacks and drinks (even fresh milk!). And other nice touches included such as a bath robe. The bathroom down the hallway included a nice big bath which was... More
