This is a nice travelodge, but as usual with most of these places it falls a little short of the perfect stay. The rooms are ridiculously warm, even without the heating on and the window open (you can also open it by the tiniest amount, because we're all children in their eyes) so be prepared to drink a lot of... Thank you for submitting your review of your recent stay at our Tunbridge Wells Travelodge. We are sorry to hear you found the room to be too hot and you were unable to open the window due to our safety catch. We can confirm we do have fans to assist our guests in cooling down which are available from the... More

I stayed here with my daughter on Friday 30th Jan. We had such a lovely welcome and every one of the staff that day were so helpful. Our room was large and clean and the beds were very comfy. I have stayed here befor but it was my daughters first time she loved it very much so impressed with everything... More

Excellent staff, lovely hotel, clean throughout. Nothing to complain about at all really. If I was being picky I'd say the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but that's personal I guess and the shower pressure was low but adequate. Alround excellent value for money being so close to town 10 min walk. Parking onsite £4 per 24 hrs for residents... More

Our stay here was lovely, the welcome we received on arriving by Juan was excellent and he was helpful with advice about the town too, al the staff were very polite The rooms were large and very clean. The building is lovely with lots of original features. This is certainly the best travel lodge I have stayed in.

Ruined by a scumbag couple who thought they would start fighting at 3.30am. Despite me advising reception, we were kept awake until 6am when the female of the party decided to vacate. Apparently they were a part of a wedding party, hopefully they weren't the bride and groom.

This Travelodge was great. It was very clean and had very friendly & accommodating staff. Our room was large and airy with very high ceilings and the bathroom was enormous - exceedingly spacious. Three points would make it even better. 1. Proper glasses rather than flimsy plastic water beakers. 2. Two comfortable chairs to relax in rather than the 2... More

Good location, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. On a hill, which wasn't a problem for us. Very pleasant helpful staff. Warm, clean and tidy. A lovely old building with character. Plenty of parking available £4 charge for 24 hours.

It had more of a hotel feel to it compared to every other Travelodge we've stayed at. Bedroom was huge & breakfast was excellent. However both disabled spaces were furthest spaces away from entrances!

Clean, comfortable bed but very monastic style bedroom. Apart from the bed, very little comfort. We stayed more than a night, whoever made the bed in the morning has just throwed the duvet over the untidy sheets. The heating regulator was broken, so the first night was like sauna but problem was fixed as soon as we told reception of... More

Good price, good location, no surprises. The building is old (in a good way) but there has clearly been a fair amount of work put in to modernise the inside. Yes, the stairs creek. Yes, the room was a slightly odd shape because of how it had originally been laid out. But in the end, the bed was comfortable, the... More
