Stayed here for a weekend for a family event. Were show to the room by friendly receptionist which was a very nice touch as normally, you are given a key and directions. We were taking a night away from it all by the sea. The hotel is in a lovely location, you can walk to Ramsgate from the hotel along the seafront. Extremelly well renovated with good quality fixtures and fittings. Beds V.comfortable. Good for Children as Hotel is able to provide some separate rooms for families in private exclusive corridors. Very happy with this hotel, much better than 4 star places we have stayed in. Room clean and modern - appreciated the flatscreen tv and power shower. Ate in pub a couple of times and no complaint there. more
